All prices per day for 2 persons incl. breakfast. All children until the age of 6 years are free. For children from 6 till 12 years you have to pay a surchage of € 35,00 per day. For persons older than 12 years we demand € 55,00. Half board: "n Koch sei liabsts" €30,00 per person/night with advance reservation.
Arrival and departure daily (except for Christmas/New Year’s Eve). Arrival from 3 p.m. on. Departure until 11 a.m. . Earlier arrival or later check out available upon request.
Payment: With the booking confirmation we ask you to transfer an advance payment of 30 % within 10 days. If an advance payment is not booked to our account a tacit cancellation of the reservation can consequently be made.
For any bookings over Christmas and New Year we request the full payment for the stay 45 days prior to your arrival. If you intend to make a pre-payment we suggest you to favour a bank transfer, please note your name for reference. For any payments in the Almdorf we accept Euro, EC-Bankomatkarte and all credit cards.
A cancellation of your booking without any charges is possible until 14 days prior to your arrival. In case of delayed announcement of cancellation: 14-10 days prior to arrival 30%, 9-5 days 50% and less than 5 days 90% of the total stays value apply. We recommend completing a cancellation insurance.
For Christmas and New Year there is a different cancellation policy. A cancellation of your booking without any charges is possible until 45 days prior to your arrival. In case of delayed announcement of cancellation: 44-30 days 30%, 29-20 days 50% and less than 20 days 100% of the total stays value apply. Half board is mandatory for every person/night within this period.
